A mental performance consultant can help individuals improve various aspects of their mental skills. From self-confidence to a positive transition out of sports, CMPCs strive to support, assist, and guide people. Using a personalized approach, the primary goal will always be to enhance individuals' well-being and mental health aligned with their objectives.
The benefits are relative to each individual. Common advantages of working with a CMPC include increased self-awareness, consistency, discipline, confidence, improved performance, and much more. The benefits vary depending on each person's commitment and effort.
I don't believe I have a specific clientele. Over the past few years, I have worked with athletes from ALL SPORTS (badminton, soccer, hockey, basketball, tennis, golf, etc.) and ALL LEVELS (high school, college, university, semi-pro, pro). I have gained a lot of experience working with coaches, student-athletes, and high performers with a 9-to-5 job. If you feel your performance is being affected, send me a message!
There is no right or wrong time to start working with a CMPC. It depends on your situation and what are your current expectations at this moment!
